The modern system of teacher professional development is increasingly focused on the personification and practical orientation educational process for implementation additional programs. project a personalized model teachers’ advanced training implemented in St. Petersburg aims to provide maximum conditions continuous growth teachers. results monitoring deficits teachers are taken into account. article discusses theoretical approaches technological support organize collaborative learning framework foreign language development. author studies possibilities while implementing analyses forms its implementation. research based combination system-activity, student-centered participatory approaches. combined use these enabled identify activity characteristics learning, design models developed trackers development, including methods pitching facilitated discussion; roadmap learning; module-by-module technology implement designed trackers.
